1.The reverse-feeding agitator disks create a homogenous beads distribution, which maximizes energy efficiency for your process.
2. Low specific energy requirement & narrowest particle size distribution, no beads near the discharging screen, with the smallest wearing rate, ensure long service life of the sieve.
3.Highly-efficient grinding media separation system and highest throughput rates .
4. With spiral type baffle inside the cooling jacket for better cooling efficiency.
5. High security property, with auto-stop function when pressure and temperature value is up to the set limit or coolant level of mechanical seal is lower than required.
6. Feeding device: pneumatic diaphragm pump, frequency control gear pump, screw pump and peristaltic pump optional as clients' requirements, contact material with good solvent resistant property.
7. VFD control and PLC are optional
8. High reliability & working stability, and elongated life.
