The reaction kettle is the equipment which realizes chemical reaction evaporation,concentration,synthesis ,extraction,etc in the defense industry and scientific research.we can design and manufacturer various types of reaction kettles for users .
1.Stirrer options: butterfly, paddle, frame, anchor, ribbon, etc.
2.Single or jacket structure for sealing head, according to different requirements.
3.Mechanical agitation form, using mechanical sealing. Optional form for mixing: ribbon mixing, pusher mixing, paddle mixing, frame mixing etc.
4.Transmission mechanism: Cycloidal reducer, stepless regulation, reducer etc.
5.The inner surface mirror polishing: Ra≤0.28μm. Inferior smooth outer surface or mirror polishing processing
6.The heating methods for Rucca’s mixing reactors :steam heating ,electric heating and thermal oil heating
7.The cooling methods are :inner coil cooling method ,clamping cooling method
8.The electric heating reaction kettle has the features of rapid heating ,high temperature resistance ,no environmental pollution ,and no need for bolier insulation to be easy to use
